Hyok is originally from Seoul, Korea, and moved to Vancouver for theological studies at Regent College. He finished his M.Div. and was ordained as an Anglican priest. And he is an executive and Korean ministry pastor.
Hyok was a director and stage manager of performing arts for 15 years before coming to Vancouver. He is passionate about literature, art, and spirituality in everyday life, and loves reading, writing, and walking.
He is married to Eun Young, and they have a son, Ian.
